The companies operating in the Three Creeks area participated in the Alberta Energy Regulator’s proceeding on odours and emissions in the Three Creeks area and appreciated the participation of community members at the proceeding. The proceeding Panel released its report and recommendations on March 31, 2014, and the Alberta Energy Regulator responded on April 15, 2014. The Industry Steering Committee feels that the recent reports and recommendations from the Alberta Energy Regulator offer additional clarity, and are moving forward to meet and exceed the expectations.
